How do you indent lists on iOS?

So one piece of text might contain the tag colored(red) , and another colored(green)

Just starting to use Agenda - which is great BTW.
What’s the syntax for Tag Parameters?
I’d like to colour a #Priority 1 tag as red…

Apologies if this was a slightly misleading example, we don’t support yet custom colours for tags, we might in the future. What the example tried to convey is that you can assign values to your tags, like this #priority(high), #priority(low), allowing you to find both all notes that a #priority tag but also specifically all notes with a #priority(high) tag.

Thanks. Colours are useful for visual scanning once you get lots of text.
I’ve used Things, Trello etc. but the concept behind Agenda is great, especially the date link and calendar.

Do you have a place I could request featrues for your roadmap?

Is there any way to “invite” a person to your note or share your project with others?

I have weekly meeting project section in Agenda that I would like to invite people to, so they can see what is on the agenda for the week and what tasks have been assigned to who. Is this an option? How can those notes be shared with others? I realize the person tag is only a tag and does not invite the person to that particular note(s).

Collaboration - sharing notes, projects

I’ve been really enjoying Agenda for my work notes. I’ve shown the app to friends, and the first question I get is usually around collaboration. There’s a share menu but no in-app way to share notes, projects, etc (as far as I can tell). I think this will be a frequent request, though it’s not something I personally need.

Shared projects/notes

Later down the road, it feels like there is a real opportunity for Agenda to become a useful shared project tool - a bit like Basecamp. This would require the ability to share projects between different users (and perhaps individual notes). I can see why this might not be a priority now, but into the future it would be a great way to go. Maybe one to mark down in the someday column

Will work collaboration / group sync be possible in future?

First all thank you for making such a awesome apps. As it is extremely useful in tracking projects and work progress, it would be even better to allow to users write and edit in groups. For now I see you guys tried to give the share with an export but that is still far away from convenience. The one major reason why google drive and Evernote dominates is probably the collaborated editing feature, which not only allows better working environment,but also greatly boost promotion and marketing. Searches currently show whole notes, not only the matching item or paragraph. In future, we hope to allow a summarized form where only the items that match are included in the results.

Symbolic Tags ( e.g. star)

There are a few tags reserved for special uses. For example, if you enter #star , the current paragraph will get starred status. You can also apply a star using menus or the paragraph styling popover, which appears when you click the small button to the left of a paragraph.

What other reserved symbolic tags exist?
I find the star very useful and would like to the others that exist for use in “bullet journal” within Agenda
(#eye #bang <❗️> etc would be very helpful)

I think it would be tricky, because that part of the note uses a completely different text presentation technology. We will think about it. Thanks for the feedback!

What should I do if I need to include a literal “@” in the text of a note. For instance, I’m attempting to record a command line that I use to perform a specific task at work, and the command includes an actual “@” as part of the command. Currently, it’s trying to turn the rest of the command up to the next space into a person, which of course isn’t my intention. Also, how would we use literal hash symbols (#) as well?

Especially for things like commands, code, etc you would probably want to format either the text as fixed width or the paragraph as preformatted. If you do so Agenda won’t parse any @ signs in your text, same with tags and the # sign.

I hope I can change the order of items in the Bullet/Numbered List. Copy & Paste breaks the style of List now.

Great app with nice design but i have to say that i was pretty dissapointed with the tag support.

Changing tag color seems trivial but it allows to easily identify the tags you’re looking for.
i.e I want to have a tag called ‘in progress’ and be able to easily find it when looking into my projects.

Also regarding checked lists. Not sure if i missed it but is it possible to change it order by drag and drop or some other way? i.e i’d like to more the 10th item on top of the list

More powerful tagging options, as well as a tag editor/browser is indeed on our wish list too.
