How do I 'duplicate' a project?

What I would like to do: Have a project that is a template for other projects. And then just “duplicate” or “save as” the original template to start a new project.

Can you please let me know if this is possible? And if so, how?

(I understand that I can do a lot of copying and pasting but that’s not my goal here.)

Thanks!

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):

That would be a big help to me, too

I think copying the entire project is not yet possible. But copying individual notes could happen.

+1 for templates. Duplicating projects could be one solution.

This is not currently possible, but we have plans to support note templates.

The best way to mimic this ATM is to select your project, and export it as Agenda Archive format. Import that file whenever you want to make a new project with that template.

Kind regards,

Also, see this Talk article on the topic that might already offer some suggestions to use today:

The process of exporting (sharing) a Agenda Archive and then reimporting worked really well, Dane though its not quite as easy as a menu command, worked great. For guiding my sermon preparation I have a pretty elaborate template with a large amount of topics. Starting with all those blank headings is a great help.
