Sync not working between iphone and mac?

What I did: I’m a new user so I downloaded the app on my iphone and Mac. I typed some tasks on my phone and then tried sync with mac but it wont show up

What happened: tasks not showing up on my mac app

What I expected: Tasks to show up immediately on my macbook for easy reference

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):
Agenda latest, MacBook Pro 2022

Make sure you are signed in to iCloud with the same account on each device, and that iCloud Drive is turned on. (iCloud Drive is very important, and many people forget this.)

Lastly, some companies block iCloud, so you might need to check if that is the reason sync is not working for you.
