If the search’s Chinese keywords are also in the title, then the search results of the text will also come out. If the title does not have this keyword, nothing will be searched. BTW: English keywords do not have this problem.
When you enter Chinese, the second line is incomplete. You need to manually type a line and enter it to display it completely.
I am sorry that my English is not very good, so I can only use Google Translate to post.

Indeed search in Chinese is not yet where it should be, we aim to fix this in a future update, see also Search: just can’t search in traditional chinese?

Also make sure you are using version 2.1.1, which should fix the issue of incomplete lines if I’m not mistaken.
