How to sync Mac data with iPhone without iCloud?

What I did:
I have iOS (Full features) as well as Mac version with full features purchased.

iPhone has iCloud enabled. However, MacBook does not as I don’t want use iCloud with mac.

What happened:

I have a lot of data & files on iPhone and want to sync with mac app.

What I expected:

I would not locate sync features. Thanks

You can also use Dropbox to sync. I’ve not done it, but you should find instructions on the forum.
