Not without a script or using Shortcuts I’m afraid, however, it sounds like what you try to do makes more sense in combination with the Today overview in the sidebar. If you create a note and date it with a note in the future, once the day comes it should appear in the Today overview.
Come to think about it, I could set a reminder easily enough to remind me to look in the today section.
