Why won't categories sync between iMac and MacBook?

What I did:
downloaded agenda app to new imac. Signed in with my agenda account and my cloud account. icloud is on.
What happened:
all notes have synced but category heading says" other Projects and no Categories.
What I expected:

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):
vers. 2.2.3 Premium account. iMac with M1 chip mand latest op system. New MacBook with M1 chip and same OP.

Sometimes it can take a while for everything to come through, have you given it enough time to sync? Best to leave it plugged in with Agenda in the foreground and let it sync for at least 1 hr. Let me know if that helps.
