Very slow feedback when switching between different projects

What I did:
Switching from one project to another project.

What happened:
the feedback is very slow.

What I expected:

switch smoothly

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):
The latest version, MacOS

recently I reorganize my records. There’re many records in one project. Maybe this is the reason why it’s so slow.
So I think maybe the developer need to improve the algorithm.
The current situation is not satisfied.

Yes, a lot of notes in one project will be slower. There is no way to avoid that. It is simply more work. We try to optimize that, but there is no way around it being a bit slower.

Splitting notes across multiple projects is probably a better approach.

Attachments and images will also slow down switching a bit.

We have plans to improve the performance of all of this in future. (It is already much, much faster than it was in the beginning.)
