We already have night mode, but what about true black (for oled). Also on Retina macbooks, true black works better for me while working at night than the fray dark mode.
We will do our best to see if we can add an additional black theme, no promises at this stage though.

the grey theme is not good on Mac OS, would love all black theme
iOS already has a black theme, we’ll consider bringing it to macOS as well.
Could be also good set a pesonal default color note, like black background that can help a lot while this is still not available
