Today's Date in the Title

Is there a way to make it so that in the template the current date is shown when the note is on a day?

So the title should be: Meeting XY - 10.9.2020

When I create a note with the same template the next day, I would like it to say the same thing but with the current date. Is this possible?

I am grateful for any help.
