I had the same confusion some days ago, and you can revert to « Today » in the « Today » view by clicking the little circle close to the arrows on the top of the Today view. The circle appears on this view when the displayed day is not today.
You probably switched the day displayed in « Today » by clicking the arrows. Agenda keeps this day until you click the circle.

We are aware of this issue, and I believe a fix is coming in Agenda 14 soon. Sorry for the trouble.
