It could be I’m doing something wrong but it works on iPhone and Mac and used to work on the iPad.
What I did: type TextExpander snippets in a note on the iPad.
What happened: nothing.
What I expected: snippet expanding into text.
Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc): operating systems all latest, except iPad which is a beta iOS. Agenda: all latest beta’s.
