Tags coloring seems to have a bug

I’m not sure if you designed it this way. I guess I assume that if I have a tag named action and then I go into the tag manger and colorize it green, that every action tag would be turned green. Instead, it seems to only colorize that particular tag.

Is that a bug? If not, it feels like that it would be much more useful to colorize every tag with that name changed to that color. I see no benefit in colorizing just a single instance of a tag.

It should change the color of only that tag if you change the color in the popup associated with the tag in the text, it should change the color of all tags with the name if you change it in the tag manager. Is this not the case?
