Just using tables for the first time (have searched but can’t see any posts related to these points…)

  • Can’t seem to insert placeholder text (in a template) or e.g. Current Time into a table field. It just gets added to wherever the cursor last was
  • Is there an option to set the table border colour? Or an option to not include a visible border at all (thinking particularly for PDF export). Using table just for structuring the content but don’t need / want to see the border

The first issue we’ll have a look at, thanks for reporting that. Regarding table border color, currently that’s not possible. We’ll take your feedback on board but also need to walk a fine line between adding many features and making tables too complex ala Word.
