Been reading through this community for a while now and trying to find solutions to bring my information together in Agenda, while still using my remarkable, my plaud notetaker and sources tied to my MS 365 (mainly Outlook, Onedrive and Teams transscripts).
The overarching solution is Claude Cowork with the Agenda MCP (official support), Plaud MCP (official support available), remarkable MCP (various open source tools available) and of course the connection to Google Workspace and / or MS 365 through the native support of Claude.
Once you have established those (use Claude to help you with esp. the Remarkable MCP, as doing the authentication requires the usage of the supported App Key on remarkable website.
Once all of the above work, the easiest is to work with Claude and build a skill. My initial prompt was “Please help me build a skill which fetches my Plaud notes, transcribes those and summarizes the outcome in 4-5 bullets and adds todos. Put these Notes into Agenda using the company name to categorize it into projects. Further check my remarkable for related notes (based on time stamp) and transcribe those and add them to the note in Agenda.” After a few steps where I added google workspace and M 365 I am now holding a full superset of my notes in Agenda, able to fetch them to other tools and even work with the todos.
