Sync only goes in one direction

What I did: I entered projects and notes on my mac

What happened: they don’t sync with my iPhone: however, it does work in reverse, what gets entered on my phone does update fine on my mac, what is even more maddening is notes that I update on mac do update on the iPhone, but when I create a new project on the MAC the whole project does not sync to the iPhone. I am a very experienced mac user so yes I know all the steps to make sure the icloud is set up, and it is set up properly on both devices. Any thoughts? Should I switch to dropbox?

Often when sync at first sight only goes in one direction it’s simply a matter of keeping both apps open for a little while. Your phone might be processing a large batch of changes and once it passes this stage it should be fast again. Can you give that a try and let us know if that helps?
