Subscription between macOS and iOS not registering

What I did: Purchased a subscription on macOS

What happened: The subscription is not being enabled on iOS - iOS shows the mac subscription, but wants to purchase a new subscription. I did try the purchase, and it started a new subscription with a 7 day trial

What I expected: One subscription for macOS and iOS

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):

Everything (OS, Agenda version - all the latests).

One thing to note: The app / subscription names are different on macOS and iOS.

macOS: Agenda - Notes meet Calendar
iOS: Agenda: Notes meet Calendar

macOS has ‘-’, iOS has ‘:’ – not sure if naming is used to ID the subscription in the app store, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it was.

Screen shot (from macOS) to show the situation:

What I’m I missing?

And also - great app!
Thanks

Agenda was created in a time when you couldn’t share subscriptions between platforms, so we do indeed have different subscriptions on Mac and iOS. However, we have an Agenda Account system that treats them the same, unlocking all your devices.

If you purchased on one device, open Agenda on that device and let it update the Agenda Account license. Then open Agenda on the other device.

If it doesn’t unlock, consider making an Agenda Account in the app, and signing in to that on both devices.
