Spark by Readdle - can we do what it takes to allow easy intergration - initially to easliy get an email copied into a new note and remain linked.

That seems like it might work with Safari but not with Spark

On iOS you can have a Shortcut be accessible from the Share options, unfortunately this isn’t yet possible on Mac.
