The side bar folders seem a little awkward looking compared to the rest of the beautiful interface. Have you thought of revising?
You mean the icons for the projects? Those are not folders, those represent a project/document with the lines representing their content.

Seems like a solid strip would be better like 2Do. I love the rest of the app though. Great interface.
