is there any way a shortcut that while you are typing you can change the color of the words, beside typing the words and then go back and changing the color or before start typing using , right click - format color?
You can use the action menu. Type \text and you will see a menu. If text-color is selected, you can directly navigate to a color. You can also type things fully (eg \text-color(color: red)) though it is a bit verbose.
