I’d like to be able to share notes with my PA. is this possible? To add another user for example ?

We don’t have any collaboration yet. If you are willing to share all of your notes, you could setup a Dropbox sync with your PA. Just sign in to the same Dropbox account on each computer, inside Agenda. (Your general dropbox account should not be affected.)
