When I share and edit notes with cooperators together, I found that we override each others’ content very offen.
An better suggestion is that we can see others’ cursor in realtime, So that we can avoid overriding their content

That would be better, but it is quite a different type of web service. Ie a real time one, which is quite a lot more advanced.
