Would be great to have an option on a note to share to meeting participants with one click.

Agreed, would indeed be nice, first though we would have to add the contacts integration that’s on our wishlist. Thanks for the feedback!

Scotty and Rose Orchard host the Nested Folders podcast. They recently did two episodes (26 and 30) on their Agenda app workflows. He explains his meeting notes shortcut in #30.
From his description, you may need to remove some shortcut actions related to OmniFocus, etc… or maybe Scotty would share a shortcut that simply forwards an Agenda note
