Services - No support?

What I did: Right click on text within a note, specifically in this case, an item in a checklist. Chose option “Services”. Chose option “Create Task in Informant"

What happened: Nothing

What I expected: That the note would have been added to Informant.

This has more likely to-do with what Informant things it can do or not, this is not very much in our hands.
