Is there a way to send a email into agenda? One Note has a feature to do it where you register an email then send it to me@onenote.com… Evernote has something similar.

You can use the Services menu in the main Mail menu.
Yes, Agenda is not a web app like many other apps, so sending email to it is more difficult.
But Agenda does support all the standard sharing in the system. You can use the Services menu on Mac, you can use sharing sheets (box with arrow icon) that most apps have. You can copy and paste, and you can drag and drop. Often one of these will be just as easy as sending an email. Eg the sharing sheet can be almost the same.
