Can you please change the second+ tier of dash lists to remain a dash list instead of changing it to a checkbox? Every time I post meeting notes I have to manually go through everything and change the styling to dash list instead of checkbox.

Sorry, I’m confused. We should never convert a dash list into checklist or vice versa.
Can you explain what you mean by “second tier”? And can you perhaps send a screenshot to show the issue?
If you are seeing checklist items appearing in unexpected places, could it be there was an old piece of text over from a checklist?
BTW you shouldn’t ever have to change the item one at a time. You can select the whole list, and choose the appropriate list style to apply.
