I’m tried to search my notes where I am discussing “Agenda" itself. I got my entire note database in the results.
Searching for “Apple Notes” worked fine.

Oh wow, that’s an odd bug.
We will see what is going on. In the meantime, probably need to avoid that search. Sorry. (Perhaps an #Agenda tag search would work?)
Update: I don’t know the exact cause yet, but I bet that Spotlight, which is doing the search, is matching the name of the app for every note.
