What I did: I search tag “#urgente"
What happened: The results also contain “#nonurgente"
What I expected: Only notes with tag “#urgente”
Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc): Mac os Monterey Agenda 14.1.1

We don’t yet have ways to differentiate whether you want to search for “contains” vs “starts with” vs “exact” etc, something we hope to bring in the future.
I can understand that you would expect a prefix search here and that when typing #urgente you don’t expect #nonurgent a to show up. However making it an exact match would be too strict, because #urgente-high should still show up IMO as well.
