Scrolling notes with smart keyboard

Hey there,

I was wondering if it possible to add support for scrolling the notes in ios using the apple smart keyboard. For instance, when I am not editing a note and press the down/up arrow would scroll down/up or when I press the space bar would scroll down a page.
