Scrolling in full-width picture-view is difficult

Thanks a lot for support of Apple-Pencil, it’s already very useful!
The problem is, I prefer to show pictures and “pencil-canvas” in full-width-mode so i can directly see my notes. Unfortunately it is very hard to scroll now, because Agenda reacts very sensitive and is always opening the picture in fullscreen-mode - even if I try to touch outside the picture.
It would be great if you could limit the sensitivity (touch-area) for opening an attached picture in size or by introducing a different gesture (eg. double-tap or pinch) for that.

This has indeed been reported by a number of users and seems to be due to a change (bug?) in the way textviews respond to taps while scrolling in iOS13. We fixed this for URLs already and will look into adding the same workarounds for images. Thanks for reporting!
