Still happening frequently on macOS X. 
It’s a long standing issue that we just can’t reliably reproduce, and hints on when this happens and how it can be triggered are much appreciated.

MacOS X Mojave:
Open agenda, don’t resize the window, create a new category (a project will be created automatically inside it) and close the software.
Open agenda again, don’t resize the window, click on any project, delete the category created and confirm.
You should see some overlapping with dates and titles if you change between projects.
If you still don’t see any overlapping, delete the project that was created automatically inside the category deleted.
Screen size should be narrow
