Repeat text insertion

What I did:

  • Copy URL from Safari
  • In Agenda, highlight text
  • ⌘+K
  • Paste URL in URL field
  • Click away from popover to dismiss it

What happened:

  • At point where I click, the linked text is duplicatively inserted into the note

What I expected:

  • Popover would dismiss, only the text selected and linked would be linked

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):

  • macOS 13.0.1 (no beta)
  • Agenda 16.1 (261)
  • Note was a shared note
  • Selected text was in an unordered list
  • Experienced this multiple times in editing, happened consistently (i.e. each time I went through the steps above, the linked text was inserted duplicatively)

Thanks Scotty, I can see it happen indeed, specific to shared notes only, we’ll investigate.

Awesome! Yes, I couldn’t reproduce on a non-shared note, glad this ended up making some sense.
