Reminders and Calendar events not updating on iOS

What I did: I attempted to delete or change a reminder or event from inside Agenda using the timeline panel on the right

What happened: nothing

What I expected: the event to instantly change or update

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc): For me, this functionality works totally fine on the Mac. However, I can’t seem to get my iPhone to pickup any changes that I have made to my Calendar or Reminders without closing and reopening the app to refresh it.

I also have a question…when I make a change on IOS (such as using the quick reschedule function to move a reminder to tomorrow), how long should it normally take to show up in Agenda with the update?

One more update…my iPad is doing the same things as my iPhone.

Unfortunately on iOS it seems Apple does refreshes much more slowly, and as you correctly observed, often only after having opened the Calendar or Reminders app. It’s unfortunately a system behaviour we have no influence over. To be sure, this behaviour might be better in the upcoming Agenda 18 update, let us know if you see a different behaviour once its out.
