Reduplication for Redundancy

I am sure there must be a way to do this but I can’t figure it out. In a Project, I have several categories and notes within those. I want to add a note to category A that also shows up in category B, so that if I delete or edit it in category B it is change in category A. An internal live link, is how I think of it. I’m sure you’ve thought of it and probably installed it. How do I do it? Thank you.

You can’t do that directly at the moment. At some point, we would like to introduce this type of link idea, but for now each note belongs to a single project.

Note that you can create links between notes. Eg. type [[ and then the name of the other note. You may be able to organize things using these links.

You can also group in other ways. Eg. put a tag in both notes (eg #important) and then search for that tag and save an overview which shows all the important notes. Overviews are a way to have notes in two places at the same time, because they are effectively projects based on search criteria.

Hope that helps!

Both of those options work well. I,d rank tagging as the most useful, easy to search.

Linking works by identifying related relevant projects, which might be in different categories.

As Drew’s Doppelgänger AI learns more, he’ll tell us where all related notes are hiding.

Can hardly wait for the answer to.
