A note from 2023 has appeared in my “recently edited” panel. I’ve not edited for ages - probably not since around the time it was created.
The note contains no reminders. Simply text, tags and an email address.

I’ve mentioned it several times, but eventually just gave up.
Here’s what I’ve found:
- Notes with deleted reminders
- Notes with tags or people that were later changed in the management section
A similar issue occurs in a smart view with a saved search for \edited-date(today)
I suspect the email address might be the problem. It could be related to the newly added features.
Yes, if it contains a person or tag that you modify, it will get effectively edited. Something changed in it, and that triggers the edit date.
