What happened:
Notes are not found and the search is changed. See video.
What I expected:
Notes with searched persons are found and my input in the search field is not distorted.

That is very odd. Are you just typing “aa” and nothing else? No parentheses?
Does this happen if you type a longer person name? I have a feeling the very short texts, link single or double letters, may not be searched because they would have too many hits.
Yes, I’m just typing what you see on the video.
This also happens with e.g. @Person1 (see video the last 6-7s)
I have now tried this again.
This only happens if I have typed the names of the people in the search field completely.
You mean it only happens if it matches a person?
If I enter @Person1 in the search field and search for @Person1, I get no results.
However, if I just enter @Person and then tap on the suggested @Person1, the search works as usual.
By the way, this also happens with the #Tag.
