What I did: tried to move the position of a category

What happened: it would always move the selected category into another category, thus the selected cateogry would become a sub-category.

This is indeed a limitation of the current way to reorganise the side bar, the workaround is to move the last item in the group upwards instead of dragging a project to the last position in the group.
