Hi, I’m new here, so I hope I’m not asking something that has already been discussed. I couldn’t find the answer in the community, so I’ll just post my question.
I am currently on the 7-day free trial and I am considering a lifetime subscription. Apparently, I have to cancel the trial and wait until the end of the trial period before the lifetime option shows up again.
I was wondering what happens with all the premium features I have used (i.e. text color) when the trial ends and I am temporarily back to the basic account. Will the data be kept and reappear when I subscribe again? Or will the data be lost?

Hi Gonzalo, welcome.
Your data is not affected by your subscription status at all. Notes, projects, attachments — they all live on your device (and in iCloud if you have sync on) and stay there regardless of whether you are subscribed.
What changes when the trial ends is what you can do with premium features going forward. Text already coloured stays coloured and is still visible. You just can’t apply new colours, change them, or use other premium features until you subscribe (or buy lifetime).
When you do subscribe or purchase lifetime, everything you did during the trial picks up again where you left off. Nothing is lost in between.

I just wanted to be sure, because there will be a gap of at least a few hours between the moment that my trial expires and the moment I suscribe.
I am working on a big writing project and I had notes scattered around five different apps. But now that I’ve tested Agenda, I’ve found it suits all my needs so I’m certainly suscribing. I only have to decide yet if it’s going to be for a year to begin with or the lifetime suscription right away.
