Posibbility to unlock all locked projects at once

Given the fact that there is no option to lock an entire category, when I’m working on a category with several projects, it’s a chore to unlock all five of my projects one by one. They have links between them, and I need to check information in one place in order to write things in another.

I think it would be easier to be able to lock/unlock the whole category. However, if we could have a command shortcut / menu option to unlock all locked projects at once, it would be enough. Just like the “Lock all notes and private projects” option but the other way around.

The reason for my locked projects (journal-like) is that when I am at the office or in a meeting, I don’t want them to be accidentally displayed on the screen, I have too many coworkers around.

How do you manage locked projects? Maybe if I had “Touch ID,” it would be better but it’s not the case.

Are you sure this doesn’t work already?

On my Mac, I can select multiple projects, using CMD-Click, and then choose one of the lock options under File. Eg. I can lock a bunch of projects, unlock them, etc.

I think that is basically what you want, right? Just select them, and apply the menu item.

I didn’t knew you could do that. Not only you can do that to unlock them but also you can see all selected project notes in the same timeline. That’s like an amazing new feature for me… I’m so glad I asked.
