Could we please filter whether projects and notes “are or are not” included in find and get shortcuts?

You mean within search?
Apply to any apple shortcuts that lets you filter when selecting.(note or project) If you can’t filter out archived, the list can be quite long. Granted you could filter by dates but that might be a guess at the latest archive date. Also, if you wished to only search an archive, there has to be a filter.

If you save a search query (temporarily) as a smart overview, archived projects will no longer be shown in the results.
Ah, so you’d like to have an option for the find shortcut to include or exclude archived notes and projects correct?
