What I did: I changed the color of my project
What happened:
The note colors do not match the project color
What I expected:
Note color to match the project color.
Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):
Notes don’t have a color. Can you explain what you mean? Where would you like the color to appear?
So when you create a project, you assign a color. So I would expect when you create a note in that project the note would appear as the same color. Currently when you create a new note the color is the accent color you choose in preferences under the appearance tab.

It’s something we’re considering to make possible but at the moment colours only affect the project and the separator between projects in overviews, not of the note themselves.
