Note background color problem

What I did: inadvertently changed the background color of a note and I can’t undo it. Please lhelp!

  1. Click/tap the orange dot in front of the note title.
  2. Select “Mark with Color…”
  3. Select “⨂ None” at the bottom of the color list

The switch is usually located where it was previously activated.
