In several places the header is overflowing on top of other things or not appearing at all
Very strange, I have not seen this before. Are you using certain accessibility features perhaps? It seems the normal top margin is gone in your case.
Does it make a difference at all if in the preferences you change this option to “When Scrolling” in the general tab of the system preferences?
Has anyone else seen this?
