What I did:
Pointed at “New Item” button with cursor using Magic Keyboard trackpad.
What happened:
The New Item button moves off-screen as the cursor moves over it. Button returns when cursor is moved away. Clicking the empty area (where the button was) still works as expected, creating a new item.

What I expected:
The New Item button to remain in place when pointed at.
