not sure if it is on the roadmap, I would like to see when mouse cursor move to left or right of my screen, it will trigger agenda and allowing user to quicly update the pin note. this is useful when the user do not have a big screen to open multiple windows on the screen, and it provides the conveniences.
Thanks for the suggestion! That’s an interesting idea. We don’t have plans for a screen-edge triggered sidebar at this point, but we’ll take it along.
We have considered a menu item for quick entry. we will see.
Note also that you can use widgets to quickly open a particular note (called Favorites). That is a good way to jump straight into a particular note.
widget open a document would switch my window. The whole idea of the side bar is allowing users to edit or update a note without changing the window. I always used full screen but I need to keep switching.
I understand. On macOS you could try Split View (hold the green button to tile Agenda alongside your other app). On iPad, Slide Over works well for this too.
But I get that a lightweight floating panel would be even better. It’s something we’ve considered. We’ll take it along.
