New and excited user – can’t find all To Do items

What I did: I have created a series of notes with (unticked) check lists in them

What happened: Only some of the notes with check lists appear in the To Do sidebear view

What I expected: I expected all unticked check list notes to appear in To Do

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc): Latest macOS, latest Agenda

Is it just a question of the search index catching up? Eg if you kill the app, does it help? Or if you switch to a different project and back, does it refresh?

There may be a bug there. I will investigate.

I found that making a small edit, like a space, could cause the note to appear there.

I’ve tried quitting, restarting, etc; no dice. I’ll try making minor edits to the missing checklists…

I tried making minor edits – no dice.

I am quite keen with Agenda, on the whole, and feel myself adapting quickly to its structure. But if “To Do” doesn’t show every checklist item from across the database then I am in severe difficulties…

PS Thank you @drewmccormack for the quick reply!

Are you interpreting it right? It should show notes that have a checklist in them, with at least one unchecked item.

Note that this is different to the note itself being marked as done, or not (ie the dot button at the top).

Yes, I am fairly sure I am interpreting it right; I have several notes with checklists in them, unchecked, that are not appearing in “To Do”…

And to compound the confusion, I just created a new note with a check list, and that did appear in To Do. But other notes with check lists remain missing.
