Hi all, I am new in agenda, i was using evernote before, do we have any limitation in storage ? where notes saved, whats happends you I have image, its make size bigger? does it store in my personal icloud ?
There is no hard limit on storage, but in practice every app has a limit, even if it is just your cloud storage or local disk storage.
Agenda should work reasonably well with hundreds of projects, and a hundred or so notes per project. This is just a guide, not an absolute limit.
Agenda is not designed to solve the same problem as Evernote, which was meant to be a sort of dropbox for notes and could scale very large. Agenda adds more structure, with dates and timelines, and this makes it not ideal as a dropbox for stuff.
If you put in an image, it is stored in Agenda, and synced via iCloud. Agenda syncs all data between devices.
If you don’t want it to store the image, you can store links to files instead, by dragging in and holding the option key as you drop the file. But generally, all the data is synced, so it is available everywhere when you need it.
It stores in whichever iCloud account you are signed into on the device. If that is your personal iCloud, then yes, it uses that. If you wish, you can sync via Dropbox instead.
