So when having multiple projects, sometimes there might be a task you get stuck on and some you are in progress while others that you have not started. It might be really useful to have a way to mark each by those categories so I can put aside what I am stuck on, have a view of what I am currently working on, so I can update it nicely as I work.
I would suggest to use tags for exactly this, you can add tags like #started or even #started(today) at the end of the checklist item (or #stuck, #ongoing, or #due(tomorrow), and use those to create smart overviews to always be on top of those. See Tags, People, Emoji's, Text Actions and Links
