How can I migrate all my notes from Evernote to Agenda?

Try exporting your Evernote notes with this tutorial, then import them into Apple Notes. From there you should be able to import them directly from Notes into Agenda.
I’m currently going through the process myself, I’ve gone as far as exporting the Evernote data to an .enex file and uploaded them all to Notes. Right now I’m just waiting for Agenda to convert all those files from Notes. All going well I’ll let you know
