Manual Ordering of Sidebar Categories and Topics

It would be very nice to be able to order the sidebar manually.

My most important and frequently used category is “personal” but it sorts down to the bottom of the list.

For those of us who organize visually or assign meaning to spatial relationships alphabetical is not the best sort order.
